If I did it it wouldn't include any of the rotoscoping or video changes, it would just be the phantom 'cut'. And I don't think the phantom edit would be worth doing, because as others have pointed out the audio has clicks and pops at cut points, and if I was going to redo the audio track I may as well just do it from scratch and make my own cut. (not that that's ruled out or anything)
What would REALLY be interesting is an HD version of slumberlands cut I think. But there are a couple audio cuts there too.
But what I may be doing is an HD restoration of the 'cut' of attack of the phantom. It's audio track is flawless so I would just sync HD video to the old audio.
