I've tried it and I'd say: Not at all. At least the images look like crap once I neutralize all the grey values in the chart (and adjust the levels to match the black and white swatches, without crushing them). On the other hand I've got no idea how to correct towards the RGB swatches, without screwing up the greys.

Also I'd say the colors look already pretty awesome on your "uncorrected" scan.
