Lawnmower Man 2: Beyond Cyberspace AKA Lawnmower Man 2: Jobe's War (1996)
I don't know what's worse -- that this was my first real exposure to Matt Frewer (an actor whom I usually like, even in the most dire pieces of crap), or that I actually used to think this abomination was a good movie.
