I'm wondering how you would encode a dual layered version. My preferred encoder is TMPGEnc Plus 2.5 only because that is what I know. If you were to just encode a dual layered version, how would you do it? Would you consult a bitrate calculator like the one from Videohelp and then input the numbers in your encoder? I know there are authoring programs that support dual layer burning, but does anyone know of a dual layer encoder?
