Whew. I deserve a medal or glowing orb or something for reading all of the preceding 91 pages.

First I'd just like to say that all of your work (MeBeJedi, Zion, the "supplier" for TR47) looks fantastic. This is exactly what I've been wanting to do ever since learning about the new "official" DVDs, and here you are way ahead of me. The truth is, from reading the specifics of your work over the last bazillion pages it's clear that I probably could never do this to the standard that you guys have.

I was never a Star Wars "freak" or fanboy or whatever, but I loved the OT as they were some of the first movies I remember seeing and I was in the middle of Lucas's/Kenner's prime demographic during the ROTJ commercial years. Great memories. And while I hated the Speacial Editions, Star Wars was never important enough to me to warrant making my own version off of an old Laserdisc.

But...now I have a son, and it horrifies me that he, at the tender age of six or so, should have to see a trilogy in which Greedo shoots first (or at the same time, or at all, or whatever), the Emperor has to tell Vader that Luke is his son (thus ruining it for anyone who actually watches the films in their rightful order), a music video from Fraggle Rock breaks out in Jabba's Palace, and a scraggly-haired kid who Luke has never seen before appears at the end of the series. I could go on, of course, but...I'll stop...I'm getting upset.

Anyway, thank you guys for all the work you're doing. You've made me excited about Star Wars for the first time in twenty years.
