Could you make the XviD using PCM audio rather than the 5.1? I can convert the video easily but the audio is a different story - if it's 5.1 I can't burn it (my program won't) but it will burn LPCM audio. As long as the audio is PCM I'm fine with that. That's why I had so much trouble burning Balance of the Force (which STILL looks like crap since the way I had to do it squished the video; if the audio had been LPCM or MPEG layer 2, I could've separated video/audio and converted the video separately in a way that didn't squish the video, but having 5.1 I have to use another program which can do that sometimes).
