How do I turn this h.264 @ 25fps to NTSC without quality loss so I can get the DVD audio to synch up?
Use uncropMKV. (By the maker of multiAVCHD) It's worked for me. There's VERY little quality loss, in fact you can choose the bitrate for the file.
I have re-encoded these kind of files using Ripbot264 and have been very happy with the results.
I like Ripbot too but in Jetrell Fo's case he would have to re-encode the audio in Ripbot per what the maker of Ripbot has stated in a forum. This is not the case with Uncropmkv. (Apparently there are sync issues if you don't re-encode the audio in Ripbot)
Are you saying that Uncropmkv can slow audio without re-encoding?
I believe he's saying that it will slow down the video so I can add the DVD audio to it without sync issues .... or am I reading you wrong stretch?
Edit:
Apparently Uncropmkv doesn't care about the audio you have with the video. So, I'm guessing I can slow down the film, then demux the video from the audio, and remux the new audio to the video.
