Disney purchases your souls from Satan.
I wonder how many times Walt's rolled around in his grave. Enough to have worn his way through the bottom by now, I'll bet.
It's common knowledge he's at the planet's core, now.
*sigh*

Oooh dear...
Wait..does this mean Larry Kasdan can just walk down the hallway on a break from script sessions on VII and give it a go?
Please?!?

Indy has been part of the theme parks almost as long as Star Tours, so not a major surprise here.
The Star Wars saga has places to go with or without Han Solo. I'm not sure anyone is clamoring for the adventures of really Old Indy or Indy Junior. It would be tough to accept anyone else playing Dr. Jones unless it's a prequel.
And I still want to know if they got the rights to Willow and THX 1138. ;)
Where were you in '77?
This holiday season, Walt Disney Pictures brings you, a return to a visionary world far from our own, as originally envisioned by George Lucas...

If they can reboot Indy sucessfuly It could be amazing. Give the project to the Marvel team I say.
Suggestions for actors?
I'm gonna start with a man who has set out to conquer every pop-culture franchise one by one, Carl Urban...

Yup, Urban would be perfect. Really good actor, plenty of charisma and he's an actual screen presence which I find is very rare these days. But that would be a smart casting choice so I wouldn't count on it.

What the series really needs is a film about Indiana Jones' under-aged sexual relationship with Marion which forces the wedge (no not that one) between Abner Ravenwood and himself.
Disney could really Gopher that ;-D
Why not just go the Lucas route and copy & paste Harrison's head on someone else's body?
Soon Disney will own the fillings in my teeth and whatever I drop on the floor.

I'd love to see an animated series. Like The Clone Wars, with the old adventure serial flavor.

Why? Walt wasn't above using other peoples work to make. buck, and made plenty of adventure shows.
