It was about 12 Euros shipped to the US, looks like the price has gone up since then, or maybe they just removed the VAT when I ordered.
Edit: It seems that the price has definitely gone up as my order e-mail specifically mentions that €1.91 tax was part of the €6.99 price. (I thought it was illegal in most places to add tax to orders shipped outside of a country, but whatever.)
Maybe they know it's better than the US BD and is now probably OOP, so get it while you can.
