I'm curious, is there an ACVHD Disc ISO available for v2.5? I don't have access to a BD burner but I'd love to have a playable disc.
Not officially though you can theoretically make one from the mkv of 2.5 using "mkvextractGUI" (part of MKVToolnix).
You'd have to re-encode the video to something with a lower bitrate, and would probably *not* be able to fit the lossless audio soundtrack in, unless that's the only one you wanted.
You'd be re-encoding from this source, and not the sources Harmy is using (which are undoubtedly starting out at a higher bitrate, at least, much of it), you won't have quite the same quality as you would if it were encoded directly from him. I'm sure it's possible to get a decent enough re-encode with enough trial and error, but it wouldn't end up being quite as good as the 2.1 version, because he started with his sources, and you'd be re-encoding from something that's already been re-encoded. I do hope that makes sense.
The differences are relatively minor between 2.1 and 2.5. Betting that the 2.1 AVCHD would still be very much worth your while to burn and enjoy. BTW, if you haven't looked in some time, blu ray burners are getting way cheaper than they used to be.
