Just because you know the cause doesn't mean it shouldn't be fixed. This is a new bug that's only popped up in the past... what, couple of months? At least, I'd never had it happen to me before. Hell, if I recall correctly AntcuFaalb said it was an easy fix and e-mailed Jay about it.
