Who was the actress that originally portrayed the Emperor in ESB?

Hehehe...the title says it all.

I've done a general & IMDB search to no avail. I only see references to "uncredited actress", but I would like to know her name.

BTW, I love this forum. It was referenced @ DVD Talk

I'm not sure if it's actually known. I think I remember reading about this in SW Insider for Empire's 20th anniversary where they talked about unknown actors. But maybe it is known, not sure.

I know the person who voiced the Emperor had credit to it (and ironically, his credit is still on the ESB 2004 credits!), but I didn't know the woman was uncredited. My guess would be... Lucille Ball !!

The original Emperor's voice in ESB was provided by Clive Reville but I don't know who the actress was who's face they used. However it wasn't only her face anyway. It was her face with a chimpanzee's eyes superimposed over her eyes. I wonder if they know what chimp it was. lol
