It always amazes me how many people depend on their game machines for watching video content, or conversely, how few people bother to just hook a computer up to [at least] their main screens. Almost all the frustrations I've seen spent at finagling things to work through devices never meant to support what people want, could so easily be taken care of quicker and with less frustration through the simple application of a computer to the problem. Computers good enough to handle Full HD video can be put together so incredibly cheap anymore, I just don't get it... There isn't a single TV in my house that doesn't have at least one networked computer attached, it just makes everything [besides network administration] easier.
Not to say that I'm anything but excited for a proper Blu-ray release.
