The 1982 ITV Premier was the same version of Star Wars that we all know with no extra scenes as mentioned in Post 21.
It does have the Mono mix with all the changes mentioned in Post 1 and the copy I had was the lesser one of three sources used in the Monomix project

Listened to that mono mix... and it's OMG quality.
