Harmy, can you setup a timetable for any upcoming versions, including the AVCHD of v2.5?

Well a lot of people here would like to see a release in time for the holiday season, which would put it out right around the time Adywan releases Empire Revisited so that would be a nice treat if it all comes together then. So far however it appears that we might not see a release until early 2014, the main obstacle at the moment being finding the right Blu-ray authoring program that is both affordable and does not have audio track limits and other such limitations. Some member of the forums have offered support for the Blu-ray authoring but it is not clear how that will turn out. Another obstacle is that there seems to be some issues with the 2.5 that Harmy released, whether the issue is on Harmy's end or on the user end remains to be fully sussed out. The special features are also still in the making, some old archival videos will need to be collected, Harmy needs to produce some original documentary content and some members have offered their voices for the docs as well.

I would say that although a holiday release would be ideal if we want to be realistic I would say to wait until 2014 before we get any concrete estimates.

I don't mind waiting Harmy has done more for the Star Wars community than we could have ever dreamed of, I look forward to the time when Harmy's name will appear in history books talking about the preservation efforts of late 20th/ early 21st century films :)
