I hate those sites. They pop up at the top of every search result, and if you're not paying attention, you might actually think they're legit...until you install the program and have your computer taken over =|

Edit: Ha ha, I just happened to notice the small text at the bottom of that page:

"Jdownloader.com is not the official website of JDownloader program. The official developers are in jdownloader.org"
