I changed my Arcsoft DTS decoder, and now I am able to decode the DTS-HD MA mono file correctly! I was able to convert it to Wav with Eac3to!
You need the first version of Arcsoft DTS decoder to decode it correctly with Eac3to (v. 1.1.0.0)
