So is the Criterion PCM I provided in sync or not? if not I really need to know so I can either do it myself or see if anyone else wants to do it, also need to make this a regular PCM file there was no need for this to be a w64 file at all.

ps. I would normally have just done this myself to begin with but we have so many projects going and a lot real close to being done that I just do not have time right now.
