Well this response might be a little late, meant to get it in sooner but had computer issues, but here's my thoughts on these.

1. Make it so storm troopers are no longer mute. There is only one line of Storm trooper dialogue in ESB give them there cool sounding voices back and make it more like ANH and ROTJ
It all depends on what is said and where it's said. I can't think of a scene with them where I feel they'd need to say or respond with something, but maybe. It would need to feel seamless, or not at all.
2. When Vader and Veers have a hologram conversation. Add the sound of the Hologram shutting off sound after the conversation ends before "prepare to target the main generator".
First of all, you're combining two separate occasions when we're viewing inside here. We don't need an audible sound effect of it turning off though, because this scene is already over at the time when it would have logically turned off.
3. Add a few Blast hit sounds while Han and Chewie try to fix the hyperdrive during the asteroid chase It would also clarify the difference in sound when they get hit by an Asteroid and when Han says "That was'nt a Laser blast" while keeping continuity that they are still being chased
Maybe.
4. Enhance Dagobah's ambient forest / swamp sound effects there is quite a few quiet moments where it could sound more "Alive" yet only subtle non intrusive and not interfering with dialogue additions.
Wouldn't hurt in some scenes, but like you said they'd need to be subtle. On this matter, I think it'd be fine to also see some tiny beetle-sized insects inserted subtly on the ground/logs or flying in some shots.
5. Vaders Light sabre striking the floor when he swings and misses Luke in carbon freezing chamber
There's already a sound. The question is if it needs to be changed or if it stays the same. I'm fine either way if Ady wants to edit this sound or not. For sure though, seeing some sparks, or at least a little flash, would be good.
6. Special Edition Slave 1 Engine sound effect rather than Theatrical (not on list)
In the theatrical during the garbage scene, it was only a single long-view shot of Slave 1 and all we heard from it was its engine firing up and continuing as it was heading out of the garbage. Since Ady is keeping the SE footage (modified), yes it would be great for it to keep the SE engine sound. As for when Slave 1 leaves Cloud City, to my knowledge that sound was never changed (which essentially sounds like the PT/SE engine anyway) and so I'd like that kept as is.
7. In cloud city when Lobot walks up the stairs past Lando and co his head band flashes but there is no activate sound. Before the trap is sprung this sound could be heard again when chewie looks over his shoulder to convey lobot double backed to spring the trap.
No. It would be too distracting because at this part we should be focused on what Lando is saying and we shouldn't have any suspicion of anything awry yet (at least not before Chewie looks over his shoulder, who more likely only senses something is wrong. By the time our brain is processing a suspicion, it's already too late and the doors are opening with Vader right there).
8.Add distant sound of tie fighters while luke is hanging under cloud city but not on any scenes with dialogue only when he is looking around.
No. Even for distant sounds, they wouldn't be close enough where he's at, if they were at Cloud City yet. It would also distract from the scene if they were.
9. The device leia is trying to turn and lock into place before Han snogs her seems to have the catch the other side of the set wall while the boom mic was in the area with the actors. The noise of the equipment sounds hollow when trying to be locked in suggest to make a more fuller sounding metal hit sound on the attempts to lock it in. And a click when it does lock in to place and Leia hurts her finger.
Not a bad idea, even if I never thought it sounded off.
10. Remove Wampa groan sounds so that Luke wakes up naturally upside down. Sasquatch and yeti are always shown to be quiet creatures and the Wampa is based off of these mysterious probably hoax animals yet the characteristics match when he attacks Luke on the taun taun but once we are in the cave the Wampa cannot stop constantly yelling and wailing for no apparent reason. They are meant to be stealthy in nature but I think the Wampa yelling in pain when hit by a light sabre is a worthy groan sound here and perhaps when he emerges but otherwise think he should be muted to improve the scene.
No. Even though it could be an interesting take on this scene to remove the background roaring altogether, it shouldn't be in Revisited (perhaps for another edit though). It should be left as it was originally with the roaring, up until the part when Luke cuts off its arm (where I'm hopeful with Ady's new Wampa, at the end we'll get a satisfying full-view glimpse (like in the SE) of the Wampa roaring in pain.
Btw, with Ady's new Wampa costume, I wonder if he'll decide to design it's head/body based on the SE edition or like the hand-puppet (original) version. Between the two, imho, the SE version looks better and more fierce.
