As I've said before, I'm not fond of Nolan's movies in general, or Bale's Batman/Bruce Wayne in particular.

Its a hot mess, I'll admit, but as a kid, I loved it, so it still holds some appeal for me. The later versions, though, with the flamethrower and blade cape - those looked like shit to me then and they still look like shit to me today.
Keaton never really worked for me.
He doesn't work all that well for me, either. But it's the visuals of Burton's movies that I'm fond of, not the characterization/storytelling.
