So which card ended up being the one to go with? my new powerful PC does not have a video capture card and I was thinking on getting one just to have, not sure if I will ever need LD video but I guess it couldn't hurt to have 1 just in case, I have Windows 7 Pro 64-bit so which card is good and will not break the bank lol?

Thanks

and I am in the US so would need US links.

What are your requirements? 3D comb filter, etc...

Really whatever is good for the money, hell just give me some ideas of what you guys think are the best ones for what we all do here.

If you need a 3D comb filter and you don't mind the potential AGC issues, then go with the Diamond TVW750PCIE.

If you don't need a 3D comb filter (or a good comb filter at all, for that matter) and you're interested in something that's rock-solid reliable for both analog and digital captures, then go with the Blackmagic Intensity Pro.

Thanks for the response, this is the LD player I have,

Pioneer CLD-79 Elite

so with your 2 choices there which would you go with? like I said I will probably not use LD video much at all anymore but would like to be ready just in case, I have been using a Canopus ADVC-110.

Thanks
