I'm not sure that the Daley Plaza shots would make much sense, but how about the unnecessary violence dispatch being used during Order 66?

Yeah, it's perfect for all the Jedi slaughter.
As Palpy is essentially the devil to whom Anakin sells his soul, Order 666 makes sense.

You could also make a gag about the order number being really really long. (Being all sixes, and finally ending on a different number.) Cutting back and forth between the Clones and Palpy as he's getting it all out.
Or going to a different scene, and then cutting back as he's still giving the order number.
