Usually, 1080p video can be efficiently encoded at 8 MBPS with very minimal compression artifacts.
Since TLM is a relatively short feature, it can be encoded at a higher bitrate for the same size, and would look even better.
At 12 MBPS, which is really overboard, it will be about 7.5 GB.
Since the source is 1080p, and we are not doing any filtering or any other changes to the video itself, I see no reason to downgrade it.
