IMO, KOTCS is meh, highly flawed, but has a few enjoyable parts. It's fun at times. I agree with Dominic- it's better than most blockbuster fare. I can picture myself watching it again someday, unlike the Temple of Doom (which is a horror movie for 12 year olds). I agree with Bingo that Raiders is really the only proper Indy film (and it is phenomenal). Crusade is mostly enjoyable, but it's really just a spoof of Raiders. Very similar to how Terminator 3 is a spoof of T2 (and is mostly bad, except for the ending).

The PT discussion on here is interesting... IMO, the PT failed miserably as films in general, but failed EVEN WORSE as SW movies. From my view as a SW fan, I can't think of anything they got right... it's all so, so wrong...

I would bet my life savings that the ST will be better than the PT. Not saying it will be great (or even good), just that I literally don't see how it's possible for it to be worse than the PT.
