Army Of Darkness Trailer and TV spot HD remasters — Page 2

If it's the one that's basically the "Ash took a weekend trip... through time" TV spot with a picture of the VHS tape replacing the last few cuts, I skipped that one because I don't have a clean enough scan of the VHS cover to use and that frame doesn't upscale well.

Also, it didn't seem to serve much purpose since it was just an edit of one of the TV spots.

UPDATE:  I've updated theatrical trailer and UK/Promo trailer to include a better version of the Dino De Laurentiis logo (thanks bendermac) and increased the bitrate on these two files.  I had to split the UK/Promo trailer into two parts due to filesize limitations.

I sure wish there were more trailer projects like this.

Thanks  Space Kaijuu

Thank you very much Space Kaijuu

I'm such a big fan of trailes, so I sure second Doombot's with.

The original trailer for THE ROCK, TOP GUN and GOLDENEYE (full teaser for this one, not the edited version on the BD) are some of my most wanted.

The trailers can be kind of fun to remaster but I don't have any of the movies mentioned by BDgeek.

Do you happen to have a trailer for Fright Night Part 2?

I wanted to remaster the Who Framed Roger Rabbit trailer but they didn't release the trailer on the Blu-Ray or DVD releases and none of the version I've found so far are a good enough quality level to use.

Am only just getting round to downloading these - being the guy who supplied the video of the UK trailer and the Video promo to Koch for the German set, great work Space Kaijuu!  :)

Does someone around here happen to have a good capture of the SciFi version? I've been waiting for it to re-air, but I don't think they show it anymore? I purchased the German Ultimated Edition, but obviously it's sped up to 25fps and is a bit blurry.

On some VHS tape around here I have a sci-fi exclusive commercial which dealt with the Sci Fi Fan Club or something. It was around the time the movie was coming out, and they were actually pushing it hard... during the 1980s Transformers. I'll try to dig it up, though if it happens to be on the current release somewhere already, let me know. I haven't gone through this whole thing yet obviously.

The TV version on the German ultimate edition isn't sped up, actually.  It's field-blended so that it stays the same speed as the source but has some of the fields blended together to adjust for the frame rate differences.

That seems even worse, so my original question still stands. :(

Yeah, it is worse.  If it were simply sped up, the frames wouldn't be blurred and it would be a lot easier to restore it to the correct framerate.

links are dead ... are you (or anyone else) able to re-upload these?  many thanks.
