Well, it's deho creating the files, not me. Yeah, I use easySUP myself, but it uses an old version of BDSup2Sub which has the flashing frame problem on VLC. This is no big deal though because this issue CAN be fixed using BDSupEdit and then everything works everywhere. TSMuxer should work though--a mismatched frame rate would result in a noticeable sync drift, and I've never seen that. Again, we're only talking about a problem with VLC playback--hardware devices and MPC are fine, so deploying with the bug would be fine (we're only talking featurette subtitles--subtitles for the film itself do not have this problem). No idea why the fix for easySUP doesn't apply to TSMuxer since it really does seem to be the same issue.
