This reel to reel tape was purchased on ebay and was advertised as being a audio only recording of Star Wars broadcast over Minnesota radio station WCCO-FM. The recording is not complete as it only runs thirty minutes and there is no way to prove if it actually is a copy recorded from a radio broadcast. The only thing that really stands out is the music at the beginning that fades into the 20th Century Fox fanfare.

Note: I don’t know if it is a fault of the tape or my reel to reel player, but the audio plays back at an extremely high rate. I fixed this in audacity by decreasing the speed by 48% as decreasing it by 50% made it sound to slow.
