I have muxed the German srt files with the documentary using the latest version of mkvmerge (with default settings) and ran into zero problems. All characters were displayed correctly. So the German and English subtitles should be ok, I have no idea about the French, Spanish and Polish versions though.

I think it would be best to wait for the final versions of all the subtitle files and then mux it again and provide a download link for everyone who isn't interested in getting Harmy's upcoming Blu-ray, but just the mkv of SW DeEd 2.5.
