I don't know. I was glad that Jackson got The Hobbit back. I think Del Toro is such a visualy unique Director that he wouldn't be able to constrain his imagination to something that fitted in with the rest of the saga. On one hand I'd find it hard to believe that his SW trilogy wouldn't be amazing on it's own. But I have a feeling it would disconnect stylisticly from the OT (In the same way the look of the PT did).

Bet he would create some amazing worlds to visit. Just think how he might make say the Mon Calamari homeworld look. A mysterious water world but with giant shipyards oooohh
