and im sure some of the people who worked on the special effects are no longer with us...
is that how we give credit in this world is once their dead we get rid of all their hard work and accomplishments???

Shaw is still in the movie. The only scene were he had any dialog he is still there. Hes not Anakins ghost anymore but all he did then was stand there. The only scene where he really did anything he is still there. Unless you consider his lack of eye brows to be erasing him.
