Checked my Director's Cut DVD and I don't see any deleted scenes in the special features, unless they're mixed into the documentaries (which I haven't watched).

Amazon doesn't list any deleted scenes either.  I have the original cut on DVD as well as part of the "trilogy," but I don't see any deleted scenes.

I've look at the Blu-ray on Amazon as well, and I don't think there are any alternate scenes.

I'm surprised there hasn't been an official release of the ABC version, but then again, maybe I'm not, as there are several TV versions of other movies not commercially available.  I know you're busy and your house is a mess, but when you are able to put it up, I promise I will repay you with 'thank you's in six different languages! ;)
