It sometimes takes quite a bit of patience when downloading links that belong to a free account. That much sharing maybe isn't appreciated by RapidShare.

How about now?  They do indeed require 7-zip or something like that to open.  You will need all of the files before you can open any of them because they will unzip into one DVD.  It's fairly common to do that instead of putting one 4GB zip file out into the wild.

I know someone else was able to download all the pieces and unpack them... so I hope you find the same success.

They don't extract individually- you need the whole set.  It's a bit of a pain, but all of them need to be present and whole or else nothing works.

If one of them is broken, I think 7-Zip will tell you which one.

It's basically because it's one big file that you couldn't upload/download reliably, so you split it into manageable chunks.  But until you have all of the chunks, you don't have the original file.

I'm sorry you're having so much trouble.  Is there an error message you're getting that you can post here?

That probably means there's a problem with 002.  Not necessarily 002-010.  It can't continue past 002 if 002 is broken.

I just asked you this in PM, but can you check the file sizes of the 10 files?

Well... darn.  Do you want to PM me your mailing address?  In theory, the .zips were supposed to make this easier.  I can drop a copy in the mail for less trouble than this.

i am replacing the clips frame by frame with higher quality clips and replacing the music too with better quality audio.my dad has this on vhs tape.i converted it to dvd for him years ago.after seeing the vhs quality i decided to look for higher quality clips to replace the vhs quality.and go from there.i am a great video editor.so far i've done one clip from this.dilly dilly lavender blue.but i made mine slightly different by using sammy turner's version instead of burl ives.because i like that version more.mine are slightly different from the vhs release.i added a few different clips.but overall most of the clips are the same.one or two are added in because the song is slightly longer.i can try and put it on youtube and see if they allow it if you wanna see my work.let me know.
