I know what Warb means, I've had something similar happen and a very swanky restaurant back in my days as a single while on a date (crying babies at ten o'clock).
As it's a restaurant/bar there may be a good reason (the family may be in transit and unable to put the children to bed yet for example) but there should be a separate area for families with young children.

yeah, maybe I shouldn't have mentioned it. Maybe it means I'm little racist. Still, it was the truth.
While I would generally agree a weekend night is a very different situation. Some people prefer to take their kids out with them rather than hire babysitters... and I'd understand that if they were just out eating. But what the hell were they doing in the bar section? Aren't the servers not even allowed to put them there?

To be fair, they were not in the bar section. But there is not much dividing the bar section from the restaurant section. The point is, these toddlers should be in bed by 10:30 PM.
Where is the rule that says kids have to be in bed by a certain time? I mean, it is probably a good idea to let your kid sleep when they are tired, and generally, a baby is going to just pass out when it is tired anyway. How does this indicate that those parents don't care for their children very much?
Kids being in a bar/restaurant is fine, as long as there's a kids section for them to be in. And as far as I'm concerned having kids in a bar/restaurant at that time is lazy/irresponsible parenting. No matter what race, colour or creed you are. Children need routine and its better to get them used to being in bed at that time. I live in a maisonette., which is a house basically split into two flats. And the couple who live downstairs have 4 young kids who are just allowed to do whatever the fuck they want. Now and then they'll be berated but they are extremely unruly and are generally a pain in the arse. This is bad parenting. Children need discipline to help them later in life.

we are talking toddlers, less than three years old. I've have been told my my mother whom I trust, and whom is a nurse, that it is very important for kids to get the right amount of sleep. Kids that age need to go to be early. They should not be out at 10:30 PM.
My town is freaking dead right now, I haven't seen any of my friends in person for over a month and my favorite store is closed due to personal matters.

So recently I was going to get back into watching Dragon Ball z after finding a site that had all the episodes via streaming. It was great I watched the first few episodes in the original Japanese. Well that site got shut down. From what I can gather it was shut down by another site with more money. They simply didn't want any competition so they picked on other sites that were showing asian dramas. So I figure "fine whatever if they've got the rights to stream stuff I can see why they wouldn't want other sites that don't streaming the same stuff."
I went there to see if they have Dragon Ball z too. They don't. They don't even have any anime. From what I can see their selection of content is not even the same. So what happened is the equivalent of some random internet asshole flagging everything that they don't even have the rights to just because they want people to see his vlog. It's aggravating I mean if they were selling Dragon Boxes at reasonable prices I'd buy them. But close to 2,000 dollars now to obtain them, some possibly used, is way too much. Hulu has some episodes streaming but again that's only some. (No it wasn't Hulu who shut down the site I'm talking about.) Needless to say I'm upset. . . WHY DID THE DRAGON BOXES HAVE TO BE LIMITED!?!?!?! WHY!?!?!?!?!?!??!? WHY, WHY, WHY, WHY!?!?!?!?!?!?

Lord, how I hate the lousy weather this time of year. If I had my way, it would rain every other day and the temperature would never climb above 25 °C.
I normally don't like the hot weather and it was rather warm when I was down south for the season but there was a nice breeze most of the time except for that day up Devil's Dyke... cripes it was sauna hot that day.
Today has been rather cool after last nights very distant thunderstorms.
We don't really get electrical storms here for some weird reason (other than that one time with summer lightning and blue lightning in a snow storm one Christmas) but you can see Edinburgh and Glasgow getting the wrath of Thor in the distance which is fun but I want a big storm.

It seems someone is somehow gaining unauthorized access to my apple Id account. They have changed my password twice, and now they downloaded an app. Fortunately the app was free. But I still don't like someone fucking around with my account and my private info without my permission. I have contacted apple, not that it did much good when I complained about my password getting changed.
I've had the oppertunity to view "The Complete Star Wars Encyclopidia 2008". Whilst being mesmerized for a while, there are only so many WTF descriptions i could stand.
