I can't help if members do not know how to set up their torrent client correctly.

DJ, take it easy. The guys here are just reporting how the download's going and what the speed is. There's a lot of factors to take in account that can cause speed drops or some people being unable to connect to certain seeders. (Different ISPs, firewalls etc)

And I'm sure everybody here will help us once they're at 100%. I bet the hit & runners are just some random myspleen visitors. Don't take out your anger against them on the OT members. The guys here appreciate our work too much to just hit & run. And we all know myspleen isn't perfect, no file sharing method seems to be, but it seems to work at least.

Unfortunately I can't help seeding since I don't have a blu-ray reader in the computer but everybody should know I would have helped if I could.

Other than that I'll just say everybody's welcome to watch our version and I hope you'll enjoy it! Just make sure to help seeding and maybe make copies for others who can't download it.

And of course: Support the film companies! :D

 That is a VERY outdated guide for burning BDs with Imgburn.  The latest version of Imgburn is much more user friendly and intuitive.  That guide I feel would only serve to confuse and make things more difficult than they should be.

Edit:  Okay, that might have been a tad harsh.  Parts of the guide will be helpful but the rest I still say is like what I said above.

 

 

You're right. I didn't realize the new version of imgburn automatically recognizes a BDMV folder and sets the options for you.

If you guys are getting slow speeds on the torrent it's probably because you aren't connectable. I'm seeding it from a seedbox with very fast upload speed. There are currently 18 leechers and 6 are showing not connectable for whatever reason.

If anyone can send me discs to help, I will burn for any of our members that need me to. I just don't have enough discs.

Downloading a BD50 is out of the question for me, and I don't have a burner anyway.

Hey, I had an idea about sharing this for others.  Does anyone here who torrents have a seedbox and maybe time for 1 week of seeding this only?

The reason I ask is because maybe an easier method would be to setup a private torrent, send that file to those who want it, and let it seed for maybe a week so those that get it can share it with others from there.

No ratio, a group of folks is able to get it(which saves TeamBlu time & effort for other things), and everyone is smiling.

Just a thought anyways.

I finally burned this to disc, and i must say it is amazing work, i really appreciate the effort put into this by team blu, i was surprised how professional the presentation is overall, it even has a pop up menu for easy access to scenes and the audio options. I give this 10 out of 10 and look forward to your next releases :) I will keep seeding this as long as possible.

Pardon me if this has already been asked but is this going to be released in AVCHD format as well? Please?

I am seeding right now and will seed non-stop all weekend barring any issues.

I'm only sad I have no blanks to burn it yet :(

Not by us but maybe somebody else will convert it and upload. We'll see.

Are there any members here that use this site Uploaded.net? if so, I have met a very generous member at blu-ray.com who actually has supplied many LD's for some future projects and actually has 4 more on the way and he has supplied me info for a premium account there for us to use, so by late tonight or Saturday morning I will have links if anyone is interested.

Good luck! after all the extras we have for our NOTLD 90 SE we have decided not to do so many extras no more, this project is rally a pain in the butt, it will be great when finished but damn is it a lot of work, our menu guy is working his ass off on this one, so after this one we are going to drastically cut down the amount of extras we include, although the original NOTLD 68 will have a lot but not as many.

SO again, good luck to you on that, and put me down for a copy when finished, will it be bonus only to be a companion to the retail BD?

The "main feature" would be the rip of the "The Making of Escape From L.A. – Snake is Back" HBO special.

lol I am derailing my own thread lol, but anyways if you want the PCM track then you would have to include the movie, but if this is just for you then I would do just a companion BD myself.

I am downloading right now at a rate of about 2 to 3 mbps so hopefully it will finish by late tonight. I'll keep it seeded for the entire weekend and into next week. Not 24/7 (my home office is struggling with this heat wave so I need to shut down at night) but definitely all day long. 

I've never actually burned a BD50 on my own BD burner. Normally I collaborate with a friend and he burns the duel layer stuff for me. But he has zero interest in Conan so I guess it's time I see if I can burn one myself. :)

lol it is no different then burning a BD25, you just burn a little slower and it takes longer, I do not understand why some feel, what word to use lol, intimidated when burning these, I just don't get it, I mean there is no difference between burning DVD5 and DVD9's, well except for the layer break but Imgburn sets that for you.

jedi, it's because everyone I know gets far more coasters when burning duels vs single layer. Hence the nervousness and intimidation. And heck, some burners just ain't so good at it. A good friend of mine was getting a 35%+ coaster ratio so he replaced his burner and presto, now it's around ten %.

Then get a good burner and buy good blanks, I have yet(knocks on wood) burn a bad BD50, no coasters at all(knocks on wood again) pioneer burner and Verbatim blanks all the way.
