Right on. (Obviously dark_jedi did 95% of the work while I just switched around the elements a little.)
I like the color scheme, the elements, and basic arrangement myself. I think this is a logo that draws inspiration from the TMed logo, but also clearly differentiated enough as to help safe guard Team Blu from "Team Infringement".
p.s. Here's a slimmer model (I can picture this, or similar set on a white background on-screen…or just stick with dark_jedi's original full screen blue background with only the white lettering:
