And btw, since you own (or have seen) the Definitive Edition laserdisc can u tell me what video problems it has besides being a little soft? Are there compression artifacts on it or some noise for example the scenes in the desert on Tatooine or the ice scenes on Hoth. How does the laserdisc handle those subtle color layers, is it smooth? Also, is the starfield in the opening scroll pristine and clearly defined or a bit muddled as in the DVD-R transfers? It´s kind of strange that on the TR47 transfer I recently got the opening scroll starfield is a bit muddled when static but then as the scene moves forward and movement starts it becomes really well defined and clear.
