It could...but it won't.

For the DVD menu, you could have a subtitle/caption reading: "The farce is with us!", using a play on words with "force" and "farce."
Mel Brooks did it to...

Wow, Ernie Fosselius should have sued! Although it wasn't said in Mel's movie. ;)

This took over two weeks of work (for less than 90 seconds of footage!) and there's a lot going on, so please watch several times. ;)
Ric Ollie king of synthpop! Nice work.
Out of interest will you be repeating the "Waking up out of a nightmare" gag at different points in the edit?

And now it all makes sense! ;)
Well done!

No Gunray, but a certain deceased yet still handsome pilot will make an appearance to sing about all the women he's met.
I just realized I lied :p
And yes, if you are wondering, one of the two clips of Gunray is the "now there are two of them" shot.

The opening was pretty sweet. Good job. We solute you.

I like it! My only criticism would be that I think Obi-Wan should start beat-boxing as soon as the drums from the song (not the ones originally in the movie) start. Other than that, everything else works well. It took me a little while to figure out who was doing what, but maybe that's just because I was watching on a small screen. Maybe having the pictures arranged clockwise in order of when they begin their singing/shouting part would make that clearer. I'll have to watch it again on a bigger screen though.
Originally the pictures were arranged clockwise, but as I decided to add more and more, it got out of order. I can't decide if it's worth the effort to update - it would take a lot of tedious work to move every single piece of video that is in the timeline.
I like the idea of making people watch the edit multiple times to catch everything. ;-)
Just for fun, here's the timeline of the sequence.
Well, the order isn't really a big deal, so I don't think you need to worry about it.
Watching these edits multiple times is mandatory. ;)
Will Spock be returning for another cameo?

Difficult to see. Always in motion the future is.
lol, Gamestop? What's that about?
LOVE the new opening.
VERY creative and well done frink. It also works on its own as a cool random SW comedy bit.
On that musically related note, surely this edit has room for a rapping c3po?

Ah, hah. How's the narrative gonna get back to boarding Grievous' ship?

It occurred to me last night he could be at the funeral. He wears black Vulcan attire in The Motion Picture.
Also, the surface of Vulcan in the film looks a bit like Mustafar, so the shot of Spock looking upward could be his reacting to all the ships coming and going there.
