It might enhance the effect to add small dots of light under where the holograph is 'standing' (like an old monochrome telly on it's side).

Pretty much every holo-projection has a projection source of some kind (R2 unit, holo-table etc).

This one is unique as it just seems to stand there on that little bed thing (is that some kind of gutted printer or something?). Even the captains on the Executor have light cones around them.

If you added a little matrix of light coming from the bed it would suggest that the machine is generating the image rather than it coming from nowhere.

Just my five pence worth... definitely an improvement.
