Concerning an OOT blurays release I think it could also depend on how they'll handle Episode 7 8 9.
Example: if they use Hayden as a force ghost in Episode 7 (god help us all) some executives at Lucasfilm/Disney could think it'll be confuzing to release the Original cut of ROTJ.
