I'm sure a lot of people would appreciate mobile versions... I'm a little behind the times with stuff like that.  I still watch a lot of stuff on a home theater.  I for one can't wait to pop that BD into my set-up and hear Basil Poledouris' legendary score (properly mastered this time) in all its glory.

Great idea with the mobile version! I'm unlikely to dl the BD version as my internet connection is not too great and don't have a BD burner anyway.

Can I suggest a smaller H264 version? One which is watchable on a moderate sized TV without much noticable quality loss.  We can easily create a mobile version off of that.

EDIT: Managed to get the mobile version.  I will be seeding it for a while. Noticed quite a few other seeders now, so hopefully they'll stay too.

Not going to watch this all the way for a while but after a quick flick through it looks great!  Must congratulate you on your work here, well done to all involved :)

Despite being the mobile version, the quality is quite decent.  I have only watched it on a monitor so far but if I sit back a bit I don't notice much compression artifacting.  The soundtrack is Stereo AAC.  Can I ask which track you converted this from?

Could I also ask whether it would be possible to upload the PCM Mono, Stereo & isolated score tracks so I can mux them to this version? Then it'll likely be my go-to version to watch.  Then I hope one day I can own the BD version of this!

OK so I am pretty sure we now have our final BD and it is 45.6 GB's in size, I tested it on my Panasonic BD Player and my PS3 and so far no issues at all on anything, now before I burn copies for the Team and the few that donated I want to do 1 more run through, I just want this to be perfect as it can be, and speaking of perfect, I want to say right now it is not,we are only 3 Fans of movies like you people here with home PC's and we are limited to the sources available to us, but we have tried very, very hard to make this as perfect as we can, I am thoroughly impressed with this, our Team has really done this one up great, and with the amazing help from ABC it was just the icing on the cake, but unfortunately we will no longer have his help on any more projects, I tried to get him to join but he is just to busy, but we may have a 4th member soon, I need to talk it over with the other 2, our hopefully 4th member will be our official artwork guy, so we will see how that turns out, hopefully good!

By the way I just cannot stop watching the Conan Symphony, this is just to cool!

Way to go DJ... I've got a Panasonic as well.  They make great BD players.  On a side note, I was a little surprised to find out a friend's Samsung played AVCHD discs... I was under the impression for a long time that only Sony and Panasonics did that.  That aside, I'm really excited to see the final BD of Conan The Barbarian perfect or no.  Nothing in life ever is but it sounds like you guys are damn close.  That's more than anyone could ever ask for.  Congratulations to you all and thank you again for all your hard work on this monstrous undertaking.  You guys should be proud.

As far as I understand it, all Blu-ray players are capable of playing AVCHD discs. I haven't tried with every brand, but I've played them on quite a few (Samsung, Sony, Oppo, Pioneer, etc.) and they all play them without any problems.

EDIT:  No, I'm wrong. It seems there are a few models, at least one Magnavox that I know of, that does not play AVCHDs.

Never mind.

Agreed on both points. The colors on the mobile version are so much better.
