Well it is all fine seeing it purely from Han's character. But realistically, I don't think many girls would find such response welcome. It is very selfish, arrogant and rude if you look at it from a girl's perspective. I doubt any of you guys is willing to try that in real life (no matter how "tough" and "cool" character you have). :)
It is almost like "I made you a dinner darling"... "I know, bring me a beer too".
How many girls are a leader in a rebellion who's had their entire planet blown up, fallen in love with a space pirate/scoundrel who was initially only interested in money to rescue her, and now have to watch said scoundrel being potentially frozen to death at gunpoint? Context is everything. ;)
