I think you're going to have to look at other films Hayden and Ewan have made. (I mentioned Hayden's film Awake earlier in the thread.) The voicework in the ROTS videogame is pretty close to the original actors, and they say a lot of lines not spoken in the movie.
BTW, the forthcoming Yoda Chronicles Lego movie looks like it might have some Yoda lines you could use.
