Manhunt is pretty repetative.... and losses a lot of the stealth action as the game progresses... but as a fan of stealth games i found this one to have many entertaining moments... the overall look of the game and the voice overs were top notch in my eyes...
i've played a bit of Silent Hill 4 and ya its not bad... but Mackey is right when he says 2 was the best... never been that intrigued by a game in my life!!
lol thats how i was with the Directors Cut of SH 2... i was playing it in my room one late night and got to a part where a girl is calling for help in an attic...
hey Darth im not sure if your a GTA fan or not... but if you are i just wanted to let you know they're releasing GTA 3 for GBA.... this time it has a whole new story attached to it though...
just picked up Call of Duty : United Offensive Expansion Pack... no legally which of course prevents me from checking out the multiplayer....
this game kicks ass though.. and really seems like it delivers, whereas some expansion packs really just suck... but theres also a SP demo out there of the game if you want to try it before you buy it...
No. I don 't have good enough Internet to play online, and I hear the single player isn't good enough to warrant a purchase, so I think I might rent it this weekend.
Still... The opportunity to shoot Ewoks and Imps during the same campain sounds appealing.
I find the game to be a complete knock off of Battlefield 1942! however thats not so much of a bad thing... but they definatly need to improve on some areas. Vehicles are just horrible.... physics are bad... some you havent even seen in any of the movies... and certain vehicles are impossible to control much less use as weapons (ie. speederbike that goes 200 mph) you cant even see whats going on when your driving that thing....
The AI is as stupid as you can get in a single player campaign. Which is not surprising... i dont see why they cant get the AI similar to that of FarCry.... but why these mainly multiplayer games continue to add in a single player campaign i will never know...
The locations you fight in a pretty cool... they have many locations from the movies... and many that were mentioned... graphics are pretty nice... but was hoping for a bit more what with that of the Battlefield series.... things in battlefront are too jagged... nothing seems to be smooth when it comes to environment...
sounds are dead on... PERFECT! even the cut scene videos are right from the movies which i thought was cool (too bad their the SE's... sigh)
but all in all those were the only things that either suffered or exceeded my expectations... to give an honest rating out of 10...
if you have played the Battlefield series... and you know how a game like this should be handled... then dont waste your time with Battlefront
maybe an hour or two... got very bored very quick...
i mean i might as well have played bf 1942.... at least i shoot humans in that game with real guns... plus the vehicles control much more realistically... i dunno.. i have never appreciated a star wars game since the original Rogue Squadron... everything after that didnt interest me
ive heard tons of good things about KOTOR but isnt it RPG? i've never been into RPG games... tried many of them but they never really caught my interest
anyone check out the new trailer for GTA: San Andreas?
