I really liked the music from the show and Evolution, and I've also taken a liking to Oblivion and the Portal 2 Soundtracks. Also, some of the stuff from the Assassin's Creed games and Halo 4 also have a nice mix of orchestral and synth.

Also, do you know how I might be able to go about extracting sounds and dialogue from a game without music and such?

I do also have Tron: Evolution. Maybe I could rip sounds off of there? I could always try to mute the music in-game, run the output line to the input line in my computer and essentially folly the entire film using the game sounds, unless there's a way to actually find the WAV files or w.e might be encoded in the actual disc.
