Brannon Braga claimed on Twitter they were going to reveal Future Guy to be ARCHER.

I'm not sure how serious to take him though.

I'm still working my way through Enterprise. I rather like it, though I wish it could have had less network influence. The theme song, the sexy decon rubdowns... Braga & Berman wanted the whole first season to be earthbound! That would have been interesting, I think.
