MP3 help needed.

Hey Everyone,
So I have a Sony Walkman mp3 player I use at work and I have my iPhone 5, I can get music from my CD's easy enough but does anyone know how in the heck you can take like the loudest mp3 file and make all the rest match? it really sucks when you listen through ear buds, and we also have a stereo we hook our devices on, but when you have it on shuffle some tracks sound really good, and then others it is like the volume just fell out, can't hear crap, so I am hoping someone here has experience with this and can tell me how to correct this, it really is annoying lol.

Thanks

Will that do all at once or do you have to set it for each file? we have a ton of files lol.

I will look it up now.

All at once.   Load the files, select a db level, and go.

Yeah, what you'll have to do is adjust the gain levels or see if your mp3 player has an adjustable setting. (ReplayGain etc.) I've never used such stuff myself as I stick with FLAC.
