Isn't the technical timeline:

Ep I - Anakin is 10 (32 years or so before ANH)
Ep II - Anakin is 19, almost 20 (Around 9.5 years has passed)
Ep III - Anakin is 23 (Around 3 years has passed)
Ep IV - Anakin is 43 (Around 20 years has passed)
Ep V - Anakin is 46 (Around 3 years have passed)
Ep VI - Anakin is 47 (A little over 6 months has passed)
