SW(I don't have it anymore but the cover was blue? with a red logo? It was PAL & P&S)
ESB & ROTJ '97 (gold label)
TPM (can't remember anything about this other than it just being the film)

DVD
Star Wars Trilogy set, 4 discs, silver label.
