I think only a handful of people on the board have the equipment to do something like that. I have an ep 3 trailer that I've thought about scanning frame by frame on my flatbed to see what kind of quality I can achieve (it does 4800dpi resolution) but it would be a huge and long project, I just haven't been motivated to take it on.
