that is incorrect. Maybe they haven't struck in the US in 12 years, but they have killed Americans since then. Also multiple attempts at attacking America in American have been thwarted. Al Qaeda is still trying to kill Americans and innocents of other Nations and is still an aggressor.

yeah I more than 3000 people are murdered each every year, but what doesn't happen every year is people hijacking planes full of innocent people and ramming them into buildings full of innocent, killing 3000 innocent people.
